About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze stakeholder requirements, identify data needs and sources, and extract and manipulate data using reporting and analytical tools.
Integrate data from disparate sources to provide insights and develop visualizations, interactive dashboards, and displays.
Collaborate with IS and other departments to design, create, test, and implement analytic tools and applications to improve data collection and reporting.
Perform data quality and profiling activities to ensure best practices are followed and information delivered is reliable and of high quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field
Preferred Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field
5 years Business/Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Analytics/Quality, Clinical/Operational decision support, or related field
Required 3 years Experience with SQL in an Oracle and/or SQL Server environment
Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Epic (EMR), Healthcare Data Literacy.
Preferred Experience: Data Modeling for analytics and BI, Databricks (Spark SQL), Python, MS Fabric, Cloud-Based Platforms.
