Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade platform solutions
- Ensure reliable technical execution within Agile delivery
- Provide direction to engineering team members

- Provide technical leadership within Agile processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field
- 5 years ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience
- 5 years Platform architecture, integration patterns, governance, security, and lifecycle management
- 5 years Deep multi-module ServiceNow expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
- 8 years ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience
- Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow
- Licensure - ServiceNow certification (CAD and module certifications)
