About the role
- Provide evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines
- Instruct and direct Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned
- Evaluate and implement the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance
- Perform documentation and quality improvement as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required
- Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state
- Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible
- Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Ability and willingness to work in team environment.
