About the role
- Remotely evaluate and implement the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance

Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required
- Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state
- Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible
- Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Ability and willingness to work in team environment.
