About the role
- Responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines
- Instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned
- Evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance
- Promotes injury prevention
- Performs documentation and quality improvement, as outlined in departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree from accredited program required
- Active Indiana license or temporary permit required
- Capability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities preferred
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment preferred
