About the role
- Support the definition, implementation, and continuous development of business process management standards.
- Plan, test, document, and train new or modified processes.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across business, application, and IT teams.
- Actively monitor KPIs and ensure continuous process optimization.

- Lead and manage ERP implementation, configuration, and optimization.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP management, business process management, or a comparable role.
- Strong expertise in ERP implementation, configuration, and system integration.
- Solid knowledge of process governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experienced in cross-functional project management and stakeholder orchestration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
