About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generates and presents project financial reporting for multiple projects to business unit management
  • Provides project financial monitoring, reporting and controlling, including budget versus actuals and cash in/out forecasting coordination with project managers
  • Facilitates invoicing for projects and monitoring of projects’ accounts receivables
  • Executes Risk Management from a financial perspective
  • Facilitates Earned Value Management
  • Generates projects’ cash flow, cost budget and forecast planning reporting
  • Supports financial components of Customer change orders
  • Maintains projects’ master data within company financial system
  • Engages on a regular basis with business unit’s management (executive, project management and financial)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of intermediate project cost control experience
  • Advanced knowledge of financial data gathering, analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of earn value, risk and procurement management
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers
  • Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills
