About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generates and presents project financial reporting for multiple projects to business unit management
Provides project financial monitoring, reporting and controlling, including budget versus actuals and cash in/out forecasting coordination with project managers
Facilitates invoicing for projects and monitoring of projects’ accounts receivables
Executes Risk Management from a financial perspective
Facilitates Earned Value Management
Generates projects’ cash flow, cost budget and forecast planning reporting
Supports financial components of Customer change orders
Maintains projects’ master data within company financial system
Engages on a regular basis with business unit’s management (executive, project management and financial)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or a related field
Minimum of 6 years related experience is required
Minimum of 2 years of intermediate project cost control experience
Advanced knowledge of financial data gathering, analysis and reporting
Knowledge of earn value, risk and procurement management
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers
Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills
