About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate complete proposal development per current Framatome process and procedures
Manage the preparation of bids and tenders, including formal approval of scope, schedule, price, and risk
Collaborate with technical teams and solution architects to ensure customer requirements are accurately fulfilled
Solicit information from stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, Legal
Develop technical cost basis for standardized modules/products
Identify technical and execution risks and incorporate mitigation strategies into the proposal development process
Coordinate with Finance and Commercial teams for cost optimization
Efficiently coordinate proposal development schedule to meet due dates
Improve templates, cost models, and standard solution approaches
Capture lessons learned to strengthen future bids
Assist Project Managers on Change Orders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Nuclear Instrumentation and Controls
Demonstrated experience leading technical proposals
Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and commercial teams
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
