About the role
- The Network Control/Administrator plays a key role in the design, implementation, operation, support and optimization of Fragomen’s global network infrastructure.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center network systems.
- Provide Tier 2 support and collaborate across business and IT teams to align network strategy with organizational goals.
- Manage, configure, and maintain the firm’s enterprise network, including SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPNs.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all network components and services.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level network administration or engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent relevant experience, CompTIA Network+, Palo Alto, or equivalent certifications desirable
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement capability.
