- Designing and developing content and courses

- Designing assessments, exercises, and practice activities
- Utilizing adult learning theory and strategies
- Curating, evaluating, and organizing learning content
- Collaborating with Talent Development and cross-functional partners
- Owning the lifecycle management of learning assets and curricula

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong instructional design portfolio and tool mastery with 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Experience designing learning across multiple modalities.
