About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Legal Strategy Support: Direct support to attorneys in caseload management, with a focus on understanding the lifecycle of proceedings.
- Exploration of AI Tools: Assist in the use of AI tools for screening publications, conducting case law research, and supporting the drafting of legal documents.
- Legal Data Management: Enter and organize documents in case management systems (CPJ/Projuris), ensuring data integrity for predictive analyses.
- Digital Monitoring: Track deadlines and procedural movements through computerized systems and electronic court portals.
- Workflow Innovation: Collaborate on ideas to automate repetitive tasks and improve control spreadsheets using advanced functions or low-code tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law Student: Enrolled from the 4th semester onwards (preferably available for a two-year internship).
- Technological Affinity: Genuine interest in Generative AI (ChatGPT and similar), process automation, and productivity tools.
- Digital Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ease with adopting new software.
- Investigative Profile: Ability to carry out in-depth legal research and strict attention to detail.
- Communication: Good writing skills and a willingness to learn legal language in a clear, modern way (Visual Law).
