Legal Intern – Legal Innovation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct support to attorneys in managing case portfolios, with a focus on understanding the lifecycle of a case.
- Assist in the use of AI tools for screening publications, conducting case law research, and supporting the drafting of legal documents and drafts.
- Upload and organize documents in case management systems (CPJ/Projuris), ensuring data integrity for predictive analyses.
- Monitor deadlines and case movements through computerized systems and electronic court portals.
- Contribute ideas to automate repetitive tasks and improve control spreadsheets using advanced functions or low-code tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in Law school: from the 4th semester onward (preferably available for a two-year internship).
- Technological affinity: genuine interest in Generative AI (ChatGPT and similar), process automation, and productivity tools.
- Digital proficiency: intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ease adapting to new software.
- Investigative profile: ability to carry out in-depth legal research and strict attention to detail.
- Communication: strong writing skills and a willingness to learn clear, modern legal language (Visual Law).
- Participation in research groups on Law and Technology (a plus).
- Familiarity with design or data-organization tools (Notion, Trello, Canva).
- Technical English.
