About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle litigation matters related to Civil Law and Consumer Law;
- Conduct negotiations for judicial and out-of-court settlements;
- Analyze cases and identify opportunities for settlement and conflict resolution;
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions and other legal documents;
- Manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with deadlines and operational demands;
- Maintain contact with clients and involved parties, providing necessary updates and coordination;
- Support the development of strategies aimed at efficient dispute resolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Experience in Civil Law and/or Consumer Law;
- Experience conducting negotiations and formalizing judicial and out-of-court settlements;
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
