About the role

  • Responsible for consultative partnerships and growing client relationships in North America
  • Position Fractal solutions to meet client needs and manage multi-threaded relationships
  • Drive new business in manufacturing accounts in synergy with Solution teams
  • Use industry knowledge and consultative sales skills to educate clients
  • Build in-depth knowledge of client priorities to find opportunities
  • Proactively drive business development and pre-sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of leading strategic engagements within manufacturing accounts for analytics services
  • Domain experience in Manufacturing like industrial, chemicals, automotive, metal, or electronic manufacturing preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen for revenue management and growth
  • Effective storyteller mapping client challenges to business outcomes
  • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills for diverse client audiences
  • Demonstrated experience of leading large global teams
