About the role
- Development and implementation of innovative sustainability strategies
- Establishment and management of sustainability targets and KPIs
- Preparation and further development of sustainability reports in accordance with the CSRD
- CO2 accounting in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Preparation and management of sustainability ratings (e.g., EcoVadis)
- Internal and external communication on sustainability topics
- Handling the company’s first standalone sustainability report (2027) and contributing to the further development of sustainability targets
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, environmental management, sustainability or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sustainability is welcome but not mandatory
- Strong IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, data management and ERP systems
- Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, initiative, team spirit and motivation to make a difference
