About the role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Compliance function
  • Assist with the application processes including banking-related documentation
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of corporate compliance policies, standards, and procedures
  • Assist with compliance-related processes, documentation, and internal controls
  • Support periodic compliance assessments and monitoring activities across the organization
  • Coordinate compliance reporting, including preparation of summaries, dashboards, and internal updates
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining corporate records, registers, and documentation
  • Support the administration of compliance training programs and awareness initiatives
  • Assist with the intake, logging, and follow-up of compliance-related issues and inquiries
  • Support internal reviews, audits, and follow-up actions related to compliance matters
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across departments to support compliance objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in a corporate environment is preferred
  • Exposure to compliance, risk, legal, audit, or governance functions is an advantage
  • Suitable for early-career professionals or employees with some corporate experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and work within corporate frameworks
  • Proficient in standard corporate tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability
