About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and optimize Foxit’s brand presence across platforms such as G2, Gartner Digital Markets, Gartner Peer Insights, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, SourceForge, and other relevant software review sites
- Develop and execute customer review-generation campaigns in partnership with Email Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams
- Manage review response workflows, including escalation processes for complex, sensitive, or negative customer feedback
- Monitor ratings, reviews, sentiment, competitor activity, and recurring themes that can inform product, customer experience, and messaging decisions
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Foxit’s visibility, credibility, and conversion performance across third-party review platforms
- Partner with Web, Organic Social, and Paid Media teams to activate customer reviews, awards, ratings, testimonials, and advocacy assets across Foxit’s marketing channels
- Stay current on platform updates, partnerships, algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging customer advocacy opportunities
- Develop and execute a holistic offsite citation strategy across online communities, professional networks, review sites, publications, and earned media
- Build programs that improve Foxit’s visibility within AI-generated answers and recommendations across major large language models and AI search platforms
- Create and execute strategies for increasing Foxit’s presence on Reddit and LinkedIn through authentic community engagement, content contributions, employee advocacy, and individual thought leadership
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop a digital PR strategy that expands Foxit’s earned media presence and AI citation footprint
- Monitor Foxit’s citations, mentions, sentiment, and share of voice across AI search platforms using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and other AI visibility platforms
- Identify citation gaps, competitor advantages, and emerging content opportunities in partnership with the SEO/AEO team
- Establish regular reporting on AI search visibility, offsite citations, customer advocacy performance, and share-of-voice trends
- Coordinate with Foxit’s PR agency to align earned media initiatives with AI citation and offsite visibility priorities
- Partner with Brand and Organic Social teams on social media, influencer, executive visibility, and employee advocacy programs
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure Foxit’s positioning, product capabilities, and competitive differentiators are represented accurately across third-party sources and AI-generated responses
- Serve as the internal owner and strategic connector for Foxit’s offsite presence, ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated execution across channels
- Develop or contribute to content assets—including blog posts, comparison guides, thought leadership articles, community content, and educational resources—that support Foxit’s AI citation and visibility goals
- Partner with Customer Support and Customer Success teams to develop escalation and response workflows for review platforms and community channels
- Translate offsite insights, customer feedback, and AI search trends into actionable recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, content marketing, customer advocacy, digital PR, growth marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of how AI search platforms, answer engines, and large language models discover, evaluate, and cite third-party content
- Hands-on experience managing a company’s presence or customer review campaigns on platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Gartner Digital Markets, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, or similar sites
- Experience developing programs that improve brand visibility, customer advocacy, reputation, or offsite authority
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Brand, Customer Support, and Customer Success
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and communicate citation, sentiment, review, visibility, and share-of-voice metrics
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging, tone, and content for different platforms and audiences
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, AI search, and the evolving digital discovery landscape
- Active familiarity with multiple AI platforms and a habit of staying current on emerging AI search and marketing trends
