About the role
- Advise and support clients on the implementation and rollout of the software
- Structure customer requirements and translate them into actionable concepts for the development team and consulting division
- Conduct client workshops to elicit individual product requirements and needs
- Operational management of ERP sub-projects or full projects, including resource planning, task prioritization, and timeline and budget control
- Close coordination with the development team and clear documentation of requirements and test results to ensure correct technical implementation
Requirements
- Independent working style, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Ideally, an understanding of energy sector processes, regulatory requirements, or data exchange formats
- Some experience in ERP implementation, requirements management, IT project management, and/or IT consulting
- A completed vocational qualification or degree in (business) computer science, business administration, energy management, or a comparable qualification
- Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system, and knowledge of data structures, test concepts, and process documentation
