Full-stack Engineer

• You develop and improve our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) stack — from data ingestion and indexing to LLM integration and feedback loops.
• You build and optimize data pipelines, combining vector databases, embedding and re-ranking models to deliver reliable, explainable results.
• You design monitoring and quality-assurance frameworks to ensure consistent, measurable AI performance.
• You work closely with product and engineering teams to translate complexity into scalable, maintainable architectures.
• You manage the AWS infrastructure with Terraform, ensuring cost-efficient, secure, and highly available deployments.
• You support our continuous improvement process by experimenting with new models, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
