About the role
- Work full-cycle bringing on both new clients and candidates
- Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
- Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
- Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls
- Leadership will handle final screening, credential checks, and client communications (you will not conduct final interviews or hiring)
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)
- Ability to find your own clients and candidates (no leads provided)
