About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage relationships with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Nissan, and other franchise dealerships
- Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic business development and account management
- Prospect new dealership opportunities and expand Fox Factory's dealer network
- Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts by product line, vehicle platform, and SKU
- Maximize revenue per vehicle through product mix and value-based selling
- Implement best practices that improve dealership sales performance and retail success
- Conduct regular in-person dealership visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and ride-and-drive events
- Identify new vehicle platforms, emerging market opportunities, and business development initiatives aligned with Fox Factory's growth strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and dealer support
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, and pipeline management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous automotive, OEM, dealership, or aftermarket sales experience
- Established relationships with dealership owners, general managers, sales managers, and decision-makers
- Strong business development and consultative selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based business applications
- A passion for trucks, SUVs, and the automotive lifestyle
