About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervises and coordinates activities of the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate posting of business transactions
Ensures that there is proper invoicing within standard policies reflective of the customers and company’s requirements
Oversees accounts payable activities involving payments of invoices received, approvals, correcting records, resolving errors, and maintenance of accounts payable ledger
Assures timely and accurate payment of invoices according to company terms and conditions
Makes recommendations to improve quality of accounting procedures
Ensures weekly reports are prepared and are accurate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related area, or equivalent relevant experience preferred
3+ years of finance/accounting experience
Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Finance rules and regulations
Infor or Oracle ERP Experience a plus
ZOHO CRM and Analytics a plus
