About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervises and coordinates activities that ensure effective and efficient processing of accounts receivable functions
Reviews accounts receivable records, including claims and overdue invoices
Establishes and implements collection procedures
Prepares report on the status of credit and collections
Investigates credit standing of new customers
Conducts or participates in special studies of economic conditions
Monitors and reports on deviations from credit standards
Works with other departments to ensure customer set up, order entry, process flows are the most efficient

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, or equivalent preferred
3+ years of experience in credit and collections
3+ years supervisory/leadership experience
Experience working with Automotive dealerships a plus
Infor or Oracle experience preferred
ZOHO CRM and Analytics experience a plus
