About the role
- responsible for driving sales growth and brand presence for Marucci, Victus, Lizard Skins, and Baum Bats across the Canadian territory
- develop and manage relationships with key accounts, team dealers, retailers, and specialty partners
- executing sales strategies that align with company objectives
- act as the primary point of contact for Canadian customers
- work closely with internal teams to ensure revenue targets, distribution goals, and service standards are achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3–5+ years of sales experience
- 7 - 12 years of experience managing Sales or Customer Service in sporting goods, consumer products, or related industries (baseball/softball experience preferred)
- strong knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape, including team dealers, big box, and independent accounts
- proven track record of building and growing a territory
- excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently
- proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting tools
