Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
3–5+ years of sales experience
7 - 12 years of experience managing Sales or Customer Service in sporting goods, consumer products, or related industries (baseball/softball experience preferred)
strong knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape, including team dealers, big box, and independent accounts
proven track record of building and growing a territory
excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently
proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting tools
