About the role

  • Community Event Management: Focused on big and small events, supporting our marketing team in benefiting the community and executing well-run events.
  • Digital/Social Media: Understanding and execution of community and brand-based messaging to support the credit union and community events.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Organize volunteers for key community events, ensuring a smooth process for the volunteer and the organization.
  • Content Creation: Work alongside existing content team to help create persuasive and impactful content to increase awareness and attendance of key events and activities.
  • Analytics: Measure impact of various activities and recommend next steps and optimization opportunities.
  • Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Gaining broad Marketing exposure, shadowing and supporting functions across each area
  • Participating in team meetings, planning process, and content creation
  • Presenting a final summary of learnings and contributions at the end of the internship.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university program (associate or bachelor’s) in Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration abilities, and soft skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in learning new things and jumping in where needed
  • Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage time across multiple tasks
  • Growth mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore different Marketing domains. Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
