About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be a highly confident and motivated individual with prior operational experience in the hospitality industry.
  • This individual will work with our Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success teams in every stage of the customer life cycle to provide Solution and Industry-based knowledge and expertise.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of Fourth’s Customers and provide guidance to their teams on how to maximize their return through utilizing Fourth’s scheduling tools.
  • This role involves site visits to customer locations across the US; therefore, flexibility of working hours is necessary.
  • You will build great relationships and act as an ambassador for the company and our products, consulting on best practices and sharing industry experience and expertise.
  • Collecting and collating information and data necessary to enable the creation of demand metrics within the various Scheduling solutions.
  • Delivery of a readied solution containing scheduling metrics as part of the implementation process.
  • Ensuring all qualified sales opportunities are supported through the sales cycle.
  • Supporting the successful implementation of the Scheduling solutions through customer engagement sessions, training, and aftercare.
  • Maximizing user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Operational experience within the sector
  • Experience consulting with Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
  • Balanced and observant with an ability to identify and tactfully communicate productivity opportunities to our customers
  • Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and design suitable solutions, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.
  • Exceptional presentation, solution demonstration, training, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Focused, with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Driven to deliver to standards of excellence
  • Analytical, logical, organized, and creative.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment yet confident enough to achieve your results independently.
