About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and cultivate dealer relationships to align with corporate goals and objectives
- Gather information on competitors’ offerings and provide timely recommendations to manager
- Create customized programs for dealers that produce high volume loans for the credit union
- Routine visits to the dealers to ensure they are fully aware of FourLeaf’s auto programs
- Work with dealers individually to reduce errors and improve turn-times
- Daily interaction with the Indirect Lending staff to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
- Track common issues and come up with solutions
- Work with our indirect lending partner to target and sign up new dealers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- 1-4 years of experience
- Knowledge of auto loan products, new/used autos, balloons and leasing products
- Knowledge of credit analysis
- PC, Windows, Internet proficient and MS Excel, Access, and Word skills
