About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and cultivate dealer relationships to align with corporate goals and objectives
Gather information on competitors’ offerings and provide timely recommendations to manager
Create customized programs for dealers that produce high volume loans for the credit union
Routine visits to the dealers to ensure they are fully aware of FourLeaf’s auto programs
Work with dealers individually to reduce errors and improve turn-times
Daily interaction with the Indirect Lending staff to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
Track common issues and come up with solutions
Work with our indirect lending partner to target and sign up new dealers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
College degree preferred
1-4 years of experience
Knowledge of auto loan products, new/used autos, balloons and leasing products
Knowledge of credit analysis
PC, Windows, Internet proficient and MS Excel, Access, and Word skills
