About the role
- Independently develop, strengthen, and manage relationships within the assigned state using virtual capabilities
- Focus on expanding the organization’s national presence through proactive outreach and digital engagement strategies
- Serve as a trusted financial partner for FourLeaf
- Drive growth in deposits and lending
- Build and execute a market growth plan to achieve $25MM in deposit growth annually
- Identify and pursue high-value consumer and commercial deposit opportunities
- Participate in chambers and local events to drive sales and expand membership
- Work with the leadership team to achieve the vision and strategy of market expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–10+ years in banking or credit union leadership
- High-performing Branch Manager ready for the next step
- Proven deposit growth success
- Consumer and business experience
- Entrepreneurial and market-connected
- Strong business development skills
- Obtain Lending Product Certification within 12 months
