About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the HCL Sales team with lead tracking, outreach, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports
- Update and maintain CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed
- Conduct research and basic data analysis to support sales and operations initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, or business development is a plus
