About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support technical and operational initiatives across the organization
- Participate in a structured training and mentorship program to develop foundational knowledge in cloud, infrastructure, and solution architecture
- Learn how to evaluate customer or internal technical requirements and assist in shaping appropriate solution approaches
- Provide support during solution design discussions and customer-facing engagements
- Contribute to a hands-on technical project, applying architectural concepts and industry best practices
- Develop written and verbal communication skills by presenting technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems, software development, or infrastructure and architecture concepts
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-moving environment
- Exposure to networking, security, storage, databases, or operating systems through coursework, labs, internships, or personal projects
- Experience with technical projects, internships, or lab environments is a plus.
