About the role
- Develop a strong understanding of institutional miner workflows, pain points, and constraints.
- Translate validated problems and high-level product direction into clear solutions, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria, driving alignment with engineering and key stakeholders.
- Leverage modern PM and AI-assisted tools (including Claude Code) to accelerate research, prototyping, and documentation.
- Manage and groom the product backlog in partnership with engineering, making informed tradeoffs on scope, sequencing, and priority.
- Use customer feedback, usage data, and product analytics to evaluate outcomes, iterate on solutions, and inform prioritization decisions with increasing independence.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and propose improvements that increase product value.
- Partner with Sales, BD, and Customer Success teams to support feature readiness, documentation, customer discussions, and escalations as needed.
- Contribute analysis and materials for key customer or executive discussions.
- Partner closely with engineering and stakeholders on user experience and interface decisions, and should be comfortable contributing to early design concepts and interaction flows when needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of total professional experience, including at least 2+ years in a software product management role.
- Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful customer problems and translate them into practical, high-impact product solutions
- Experience acting as a product owner within an agile or scrum team
- Demonstrated ability to manage a roadmap, backlog, and delivery cadence
- Comfortable working on technically complex products in close partnership with engineering teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make structured decisions with incomplete information
- Strong attention to detail, including thinking through edge cases, error states, and operational considerations
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong product and UX intuition, with the ability to contribute to interaction design, user flows, and product usability decisions
- Curiosity about crypto, financial infrastructure, and complex systems, along with a willingness to learn quickly, is essential.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or infrastructure products
- Interest and exposure to crypto, bitcoin, blockchain, with a willingness to learn domain specifics quickly
- Experience owning a product area or feature set end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven product development
- Comfort using modern PM and AI-prototyping tools
- Experience contributing to customer-facing or executive-level presentations, or strong interest in developing this skill.
