About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify inbound and outbound warm leads, identifying potential clients for our coaching program
- Schedule high-quality sales appointments, ensuring seamless handovers to our closers
- Engage in tailored, compelling conversations to highlight the value of our programs
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and optimize the sales funnel
- Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration to improve performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required—we train the right people!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely in a high-volume, high-energy environment
- Passionate about sales, entrepreneurship, and personal growth
- Organized with attention to detail, ensuring leads are managed efficiently
