About the role
- Handling all incoming phone and written customer inquiries related to the online payment service
- Documenting your support actions and advice
- Finding solutions for problem cases in cooperation with the caller
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a commercial/business role is preferred
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (C2 level)
- Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Enjoys communication and working on the phone
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for working in a modern office environment and using the latest technologies
