About the role
- Handling all telephone and written customer inquiries related to the online payment service
- Documenting your consultations afterwards
- Finding solutions for problem cases in cooperation with the caller
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or in a commercial/administrative role
- Fluent German, spoken and written (C2 level)
- Strong PC skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Enjoy communicating and working on the phone
- Solution-oriented attitude
- Enthusiasm for working in a modern office environment and using the latest technologies
