About the role
- Handle customer calls concerning maintenance and repair of boilers and heat pumps
- Support the on-site team at customer locations via remote maintenance tools
- Provide technical advice for gas boilers and heating systems
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a heating installer, ventilation technician, electrician, gas-and-water installer, mechatronics technician or equivalent
- Professional experience working with heating technology and gas boilers
- Fluent German, both spoken and written (C2 level)
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Enjoys communicating and working on the phone
- Calm and composed in stressful situations
