About the role
- Handling customer calls regarding maintenance and repair of heating boilers and heat pumps
- Supporting the on-site team at customer locations via remote support
- Providing technical consultation for gas boilers, boiler systems and heating systems
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a heating installer, ventilation technician, electrician, gas-and-water installer, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience with heating technology and gas boilers
- Fluent German, both written and spoken (C2 level)
- Very good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Enjoys communication and telephone-based customer contact
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
