About the role
- Expert handling of inquiries related to leasing and finance contracts, vehicle registration/title documents and accident case processing
- Finding solutions for inquiries about payments, customer master data updates, contract cancellations/revocations and powers of attorney
- Processing applications and carefully reviewing incoming documents
- Receivables management, contract extensions and other leasing-related matters
- Providing professional advice to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Some prior professional experience in customer service or the automotive industry
- Vocational training in a commercial/administrative field is a plus
- Fluent German (C2) — spoken and written
- Strong PC skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Enjoyment of communication and telephone-based work
