About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle all incoming calls regarding a variety of requests using first call resolution
- Have knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Union
- Use knowledge to solve issues and provide out-of-the-box solutions for members
- Assist membership via telephone and/or mail by providing service and information
- Inbound call management, including one call resolution for the member
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of credit union’s products and services
- Perform account maintenance, order checks, assist members with problems
- Supply members with information on interest rates, savings accounts, and services
- Complete proper dispute forms for debit and ATM card
- Comply with Founders’ policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma is required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred not required
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
