About the role

  • You are our primary AI sparring partner — internally and for our startups.
  • You help us not only understand AI but apply it concretely: in our day-to-day operations, in our programs, and directly with the founders we support.
  • Develop and document AI use cases for startup operations (dealflow, automation, content, analytics)
  • Design and implement AI workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or LLM APIs
  • Support prompt engineering and the deployment of generative AI models
  • Run internal workshops and enablement sessions for our team
  • Provide direct advice to portfolio startups on their AI-related questions
  • Research and evaluate new AI tools and their potential applications

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and a hands-on curiosity for new tools
  • Initial experience with LLMs, automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms
  • Clear communicator — able to explain complex technical topics simply
  • Interest in startups and the venture ecosystem
