About the role

  • Du bist unsere Content-Zentrale.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass gute Ideen die Aufmerksamkeit bekommen, die sie verdienen.
  • Du schneidest und produzierst High-Impact Video-Content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn-Snippets, YouTube) für uns und unser Portfolio.
  • Du nimmst und bearbeitest auch Fotocontent für Social Media, Website und interne Kommunikation.
  • Du übersetzt komplexe Impact-Themen in kurze, knackige visuelle Formate, die im Feed stoppen.
  • Du experimentierst mit neuen Formaten und hilfst uns, unsere Brand Identity auf Social Media zu schärfen.

Requirements

  • Erfahrung in Videoproduktion, Kameraarbeit und Postproduktion
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro oder DaVinci Resolve
  • Gespür für Ästhetik, Dynamik und Markenwirkung
  • Vor allem: Leidenschaft für Video, Storytelling und Social Media
  • Spaß daran, auch mal spontan die Kamera in die Hand zu nehmen
  • Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Lust, Impact-Startups sichtbar zu machen
  • (Bonus) Erste Erfahrung mit Building in Public oder Startup-Content
