About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You contact at least 200 warm leads (inbound & outbound) per day, which we provide to you
  • You immediately determine whether a lead is a FounderBlocks fit — or not — through crystal-clear qualification
  • You build trust and curiosity with our target customers
  • You schedule qualified sales calls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have sales experience — ideally in cold calling or direct outreach
  • "Nothing is impossible" mindset — you persist until the call is booked
  • Teamwork makes the dream work — you think in win-win terms and as “we” rather than “me, me, me”
  • Very good German, spoken and written; good English is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems
