Sales Setter
FounderBlocksSales role at FounderBlocks generating and qualifying leads for startups. Collaborating with a team to achieve sales goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You contact at least 200 warm leads (inbound & outbound) per day, which we provide to you
- You immediately determine whether a lead is a FounderBlocks fit — or not — through crystal-clear qualification
- You build trust and curiosity with our target customers
- You schedule qualified sales calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have sales experience — ideally in cold calling or direct outreach
- "Nothing is impossible" mindset — you persist until the call is booked
- Teamwork makes the dream work — you think in win-win terms and as “we” rather than “me, me, me”
- Very good German, spoken and written; good English is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems
