About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You contact at least 200 warm leads daily (inbound & outbound) that we provide
  • You immediately determine whether a lead is a FounderBlocks fit—or not—through clear qualification
  • You build trust and curiosity with our target customers
  • You schedule qualified sales conversations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have sales experience—ideally in cold calling or direct outreach
  • A “no excuses” mindset—you persist until the call is booked
  • Team-oriented—you think in Win-Win terms and as “we” rather than “me, me, me”
  • Very good German skills, both written and spoken; good English is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM systems
