Sales Setter, Full-Time
FounderBlocksSales role at FounderBlocks focusing on contacting leads and qualifying them for startups. Aiming to partner in growing monthly revenue through effective outreach and trust-building strategies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You contact at least 200 warm leads daily (inbound & outbound) that we provide
- You immediately determine whether a lead is a FounderBlocks fit—or not—through clear qualification
- You build trust and curiosity with our target customers
- You schedule qualified sales conversations
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have sales experience—ideally in cold calling or direct outreach
- A “no excuses” mindset—you persist until the call is booked
- Team-oriented—you think in Win-Win terms and as “we” rather than “me, me, me”
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken; good English is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems
