About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You contact at least 200 warm founder leads daily (inbound & outbound), provided to you by our sourcing team
  • In the initial conversation, you immediately determine whether a founder is a fit for FounderBlocks — or not — through crystal-clear qualification
  • You build trust and curiosity with our target founders
  • You schedule qualified application calls with our Admission team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience in startup sales — ideally in cold calling or direct outreach
  • Can-do mindset — you follow through until the call is booked
  • Team player — you think in win-win terms and “we” rather than “I, I, I”
  • Excellent German, both written and spoken; good English is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems
