About the role

  • Define, execute, and scale City of Hope’s enterprise AI and digital product strategy.
  • Lead through Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers, accountable for outcomes across departments.
  • Transform legacy workflows into intelligent, AI orchestrated experiences through modern agent design.
  • Guide responsible adoption of foundation models and hybrid AI architectures for regulated healthcare.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle from ideation, experimentation through deployment, optimization, and retirement.
  • Establish enterprise KPIs/OKRs to measure impact like patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information technology or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership, healthcare technology, or related fields.
  • 7–10+ years of people leadership, including managing managers and multi-function teams.
  • Preferred : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled products, intelligent platforms, or data-driven systems at enterprise scale.
  • Strong fluency in modern AI concepts, agent-based systems, and product-led technology strategy within regulated environments.
