Processing new and renewal contract requests in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reviewing contractual documentation to determine whether it meets established criteria for legal review.
Working directly with vendors to resolve deficiencies and ensure alignment with legal and policy requirements.
Maintaining strong system proficiency and performing accurate data entry and management within ERP systems, DocuSign, and Ntracts.
Creating complete contract packages for execution and verifying appropriate signing authorities.
Conducting contract reviews and complex data analysis to support reporting and decision-making.
Serving as a key liaison among various internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract execution and process alignment.
Supporting business process management initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
At least three years of related experience.
Project management experience a plus.
Preferred: Bachelor Degree and Six Sigma Lean, PMP within first year of employment.
Healthcare and Process Improvement experience.
