About the role
- Partner with senior clinical executives, business leaders, and cross-functional technology leaders to define and execute comprehensive product strategy for the organization, identifying opportunities which advance oncology, patient care, and operational efficiency
- Guide business partners through structured idea inception processes, facilitating the translation of clinical needs into technology solutions
- Drive all facets of product portfolio management, including comprehensive business-aligned tech strategy, prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions
- Craft and execute ambitious technology roadmaps that align with organizational strategic objectives, inclusive of applicable KPIs / OKRs
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, maintaining accountability for technology delivery and success, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and best practice
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant professional experience may substitute for the degree.
- 10+ years of product management experience at scale with at least 6 years specific to the healthcare technology domain (care delivery emphasis preferred, but not required)
- 6+ years of people management experience leading product / execution teams
