About the role
- We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a Salesforce focus to partner across departments and drive business process improvements through technology solutions.
- This role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions are aligned with business objectives, and projects are delivered successfully.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Document current-state workflows and design future-state processes that align with best practices.
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of Salesforce-related projects.
- Support testing activities, including test case development, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Guide business teams through key activities and decisions during project phases.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Provide status updates and communicate risks or issues proactively.
- Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data models, and all cloud products.
- Experience with documenting workflows, requirements, and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
