Experience growing a QA function from an early stage or strong motivation to build one
Day-to-day fluency with AI and understanding of AI-led product testing
Experience testing AI-led products or clear understanding of their distinct testing challenges
Proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript
Comfortable with hands-on manual testing, regression testing, and UAT
Strong fundamentals in test strategy, defect management, and release processes
Willingness to remain hands-on while shaping and leading QA in the UK
