About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plays a critical project manager role helping customers achieve their strategic objectives
- Serves as the liaison between customer and FoundationCCC ecosystem
- Ensures optimization and collaboration of Foundation business units to deliver outstanding service to clients
- Provides crucial project management to support projects including community outreach and awareness campaigns, call center and helpdesk
- Coordinates project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts
- Develops credibility as a trusted liaison with internal and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Minimum five (5) + years progressive experience in managing program/system implementation, or client/project management
- Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred
