Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Career Catalyst Partner Relations team in developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Track business opportunities in Salesforce
Schedule business development calls and optimize documents for clients
Support the Career Catalyst Business Operations team in maintaining partnerships
Schedule meetings and trainings, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Workday
Support the Grants Administration team and ensure compliance with funder guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role
Familiarity with project management principles
Demonstrated experience with web-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Salesforce
